PrimePoint Partners Have Prepared a Report on Enhancing the Production Capacity of a Macedonian company, Assisting in the Implementation of Green Practices in Macedonia

PrimePoint Partners recently worked with a well market-ranked and competitive company that focuses on the production of Polyethylene products. The aim of the project was to boost the company’s business efficiency by implementing green practices, such as recycling and reusing to maximize the usage of raw materials, and by upgrading the production process with the purchase of a new energy-efficient recycling machine. This will effectively reduce energy usage and emissions, in turn expanding the production capacity of recycled materials, producing a final product of improved, high-end quality.

With our assistance, project results were successful with the company further creating its own brand, whose products will be made of recycled materials and available for purchase in Macedonia’s retail markets. The recommended business plan will also contribute to significantly raising the gross margin over a 5-year period, with the reduction of costs and the expansion of sales and profitability. PrimePoint Partners also assisted in the development of a business plan for obtaining a bank loan to finance the production expansion, which will ultimately enhance the company’s sustainable practices.

With PrimePoint Partners’ continued cooperation and support of the company, we seek to optimise our client’s satisfaction by meeting their business needs, concurrently being a part of the implementation of enhanced, sustainable and green business practices in Macedonia and the region at large.

This project was financially supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and implemented in cooperation with EBRD.
