PrimePoint Partners is a management consulting company with offices in Skopje and Podgorica specialized in implementation of high-impact economic development programs, strategic advisory, business acceleration, and access to finance with a special focus on SMEs and startups in the Western Balkans. We provide program origination, implementation, and monitoring of donor-funded projects, institutional capacity building and skills upgrade programs. Our core team consists of seasoned development professionals, industry consultants, and technical experts, with specific expertise in development programs, business strategy, financial and investment advisory, VET and management training, access to finance and access to markets.
We work with private companies, international development organizations, IFIs, government institutions, education providers and NGOs. We collaborate with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for providing technical assistance to Macedonian and Montenegrin companies. We have worked with international donors such as USAID, GIZ, European Union, UNDP, Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Regional Challenge Fund, etc. For each project, we combine a team of the most relevant experts from our extensive network of regional and international consultants with expertise in a variety of sectors including financial and investment planning, education and training, technology commercialization, agri-business, manufacturing, engineering, energy and renewable energy, etc.

Zoran Martinovski
Co-founder
PrimePoint Partners Co-Founder and current serving President, Zoran Martinovski is an economist and U.S. educated business professional. With an MBA in international business and finance from the University of Kentucky, Zoran has over 25+ years of diverse international business experience. He has worked across various industry sectors including international trade, business consulting and research and development, manufacturing and high tech/electronics.
Throughout his career Zoran has worked with private sector clients, governments, donors and investors, as well as generating, structuring, implementing and monitoring investment and advisory programs in the transition economics of ECA region.
Since 2000, Zoran serves as the Country Manager at the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation (IFC) for Macedonia and Montenegro, managing country operations in emerging markets. In addition to this Zoran also served as a Member on the Advisory Board of the Economic Chamber of Macedonia and he was the Founder of the branch in Macedonia of Macedonia2025 and Board Member of that organization from 2010 – 2019.

Biljana Markovic Stamenova
Co-founder and Managing Partner
PrimePoint Partners Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Biljana Markovic Stamenova has 15+ years of executive consulting experience in leading organisations focused on economic development, advocacy, job creation, capacity building, know-how transfer and internationalisation.
With an MBA degree majoring in HR systems and practices at Athens Laboratory of Business Administration, in 2019 Biljana also received a Certificate in Professional Achievement at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
Throughout her career Biljana has collaborated with government officials, institutional donors and development agencies on advocacy and social impact programs, leading regional development initiatives. She has also been a strong pioneer of establishing and promoting programs for collaboration between the private and public sector, as well as leadership programs that have impacted various business professionals.
Biljana previously served as the Executive Director at American Chamber of Commerce Macedonia, and the Executive Director of Macedonia 2025.

KatArina Bulatovic
Regional Director for Serbia and Montenegro
Katarina has over 18 years of experience leading complex audits for both international and local entities. She holds a Fellowship of
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants United Kingdom
(ACCA), Certificate of Certified Auditor of Montenegro and Certificate of
Certified Accountant in Montenegro.
She also has experience in providing
advisory services, such as those relating to the United States Sarbanes Oxley legislation and has also been involved in audit projects in the Western Balkan countries.
Katarina became the first Partner in
audit ever promoted locally in Big 4 in Montenegro.
Katarina has served 2 two-year terms
as a President of the American Chamber of Commerce Montenegro Board of
Governors (2015-2019), and four years as AmCham Board of Governors member
(2009-2013).
She participated in World Bank
training programs in Vienna that enable her to lecture at professional
development programs for auditors and accountants in Montenegro.

TINA TRPKOVSKA
Senior Marketing and Sales Advisor
Tina Trpkovska, an experienced marketing and trade marketing executive with 24 years of experience in the FMCG industry, is spearheading PrimePoint’s regional advisory projects in the areas of strategic export consultancy, access to market, and internationalization. She has a background in business development, brand strategy, and market positioning, as well as a proven track record in developing and leading teams. Tina has worked on senior positions at market leaders such as Unilever South-Central Europe, Nestle, and Sutas; and has successfully implemented integrated marketing campaigns for some of the most recognizable brands on the global markets.

Maja staleska

Maja is responsible for international development and partnerships. She has been the national project manager at Freja Forum Foundation, co-founder of Freja Academy Sweden, programs director at Macedonia2025, national representative at European antipoverty network (EAPN) and president at Youth center for equal opportunities Skopje.

Magdalena Spasovska
Development Programs Director
Magdalena has a Master Studies in Project Management, Budgeting and Evaluation from the University of Florence, Italy; an Advanced Master course in Intercultural Studies from the University Rovira and Virgili Tarragona, Spain; and a B.A in English Language and Literature Translation from St. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje, Blaze Koneski Faculty of Philology.

Frosina is a leading technical expert for the implementation of the Makprogres Technical Trainings as part of the Vincini Academy, which includes the following responsibilities: training of the trainers, curriculum development and program implementation. She also works as a supply chain management consultant specialized for manufacturing companies.

Biljana Angelova is a full-time professor at Ss. Cyril and Methodius
University and has more than 30 years’ research and consulting experience
in corporate development, and particularly in finance. From 2009-2016 she was Director of the Institute of Economies, and since 2016 serves as Vice–Rector for Finance, Investments and Development at St. Cyril and Methodius University. Having actively participated in research and applicative projects, Biljana has a great deal of teaching experience in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies at the University St. Cyril and Methodius; 2011-2015 she was head of Doctoral Studies for Management at UKIM, and from 2016-present is an independent member of the Supervisory Board of AD Halk Bank.

Since 2012 he has served as Nestle Professional Country Manager and later became BEO – Business Executive Officer, for the whole Adriatic region, leading 7 different markets. At the same time, Aco has also been a member of the Board of Directors at Nestle Adriatic for more than 8 years.
During his career he has worked on many complex projects and has achieved extraordinary results. Viktor Mitrevski

Viktor’s passion is building, scaling, and mentoring teams of engineers and delivering technical solutions that bring value to the users. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry working as an Engineering Manager, Technical Advisor, and CEO of two tech companies that provided technical services for lots of clients around the world. He has experience in managing up to 150 employees distributed in several different countries.
Viktor has a master’s degree in software engineering and few business and managerial trainings.

Ljupco (Lou) Naumovski

With extensive experience in international business, Lou Naumovski began his career as a diplomat and trade commissioner for Canada. He has served numerous positions, including Executive Director of the Canada-USSR Business Council, member of the Russia Team of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Senior Banker in Moscow and in London, and Non-Executive Director on the Board of GVGold and Trans-Siberian Gold, providing consulting services on the Russian market for international clients in a variety of industry sectors.
A volunteer member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Executive Services Organization (CESO) and founding director of Macedonia 2025, Mr. Naumovski holds a Hons. B.A in economics and political science (University of Toronto), and a M.A in international relations and Russian / Soviet affairs (Carleton University).

Elena Bundaleska

With a PhD in Economics from the United Nations University for Peace and a Master of Law in the area of Banking, Corporations and Finance from Fordham University, New York, Elena Bundaleska has a teaching career at the University of American College, Skopje, teaching Corporate Governance, Business Ethics, Business and Contract Law.
Elena previously worked at Stopanska Banka AD-Skopje where she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Securities Depositary of the Republic of Macedonia and a member of the Listing Committee of the Macedonian Stock Exchange.
She is also the Founder and a Member of the Macedonian Ron Brown Alumni Association, Members of the Macedonian Institute of Directors and a Member of the AmCham Committee for Digital Transformation and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
