CEFTA: Open Regional Fund for South-East Europe – Foreign Trade Facilitation, implemented by GIZ
The Open Regional Fund for South-East Europe – Foreign Trade, is a project funded by CEFTA and implemented by GIZ Montenegro, which seeks to provide support in regards to regional economic integration. The aim of the project is to ultimately strengthen the trade and competitiveness of the region’s economies.
PrimePoint Partner’s CEO, Biljana Markovic Stamenova, as the project’s regional expert, will assist the work of the Regional Business Advisory. In addition to this, PrimePoint Partners will assist in the fabrication and implementation of various tasks by sharing its know-how and expertise.

PrimePoint Partners collaborates with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in delivering technical expertise to Macedonian SMEs
PrimePoint Partners teams of experts has been deployed to Macedonian innovative and high-growth companies to conduct market analysis, investment plans, strategic advisory, organizational assessment, capacity building, and operations/ production plans.
The technical assistance has been supported by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) program for empowering Macedonian SMEs to expand their products and exports.
REGIONAL TRAINING CENTER IN VINICA
PrimePoint Partners is a leading expert and implementation partner of Makprogres Vinica for the establishment of the regional training center which serves as a regional training centre with the purpose of uplifting skills and professionals, offering educational, training and business acceleration opportunities to professionals and youth; acting as a hub for regional development.
The project commenced in April 2020 and has a duration of 18 months. It is financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Japan.
Supply Chain Factoring Project
PrimePoint Partners conducted a study on the “Availability of Supply Chain Finance Instruments and Potentials for Growth in the Macedonian Market,” surveying some of the biggest companies and banks in Macedonia, and conducting a series of interviews with local and regional International Financial Institutions (IFIs), assessing the need and supply of reverse factoring in Macedonia.
This project is part of the USAID Factoring Project implemented by Factor Trust.
Municipality of Makedonska Kamenica Strategic Advisory
Makedonska Kamenica is a town in the north-east of Macedonia, with 5,147 inhabitants. The city has enormous potential for eco-tourism and rural tourism.
