Today we held the orientation class of the Academy for Executive Managers and we had an opportunity to meet the first-generation students of the Academy 2021/2022. The first group includes 16 managers from different companies coming from across the country.
We are honored to have the opportunity to work with them and help them develop their managerial and leadership capacities. The instructors also participated in the orientation class and shared that the lectures will be mostly interactive, with practical examples, teamwork, and case-study-based activities.
The first class will start on October 29 in Vinica, in the new innovative training center of the Academy Progressive.
The team of experts from PrimePoint Partners is involved in the full implementation of the Academy, from strategy development, needs assessment, creation of teaching modules, selection of instructors, program certification, and enrollment plan. The Academic Director of the first Certified Academy for Executive Managers in Macedonia is Biljana Markovic Stamenova.
