The Vincinni Academy was created with the purpose of uplifting skills and professionals, offering educational, training and business acceleration opportunities to professionals and youth. EBRD and PrimePoint Partners are proud to be part of the Academy, which will see the creation of Makprogres’ new Foundation.
“The Foundation will be located in a brand-new building and will become the home of four initiatives: R&D Centre, Vincinni Academy’s training program, Management Academy and a Business Acceleration Program. Our vision is creating the highest quality skills upgrade programs in the region.”– stated Gligor Cvetanov, CEO at Makprogres at the closing ceremony of the first training session for machine specialists.
“We are very pleased to see the successful completion of the first round of training and would like to congratulate the trainers and the trainees for successfully completing this training which contributed in uplifting their technical skills. We are very glad to support our banking client Makprogres with this initiative, as EBRD’s mandate is not only to provide financial support to the private companies but also to support them with value-add projects that benefit not only them but the wider community and region as a whole. We hope that such an initiative will be replicated by other private sector investors in the country.” stated Andi Aranitasi, Head of EBRD Skopje Resident Office.
“We will provide value for employees of Makprogres, regional companies, local NGOs, suppliers, high schools, and universities, through various partnerships, scholarships, and opportunities for start-ups; creating a regional education HUB.” – stated Biljana Markovic Stamenova, Managing Partner at PrimePoint Partners.
The Vincinni Academy encompasses a wide range of initiatives, all focused on providing new pathways to opportunities and success achieved with the contribution of the Japanese Government which is supporting EBRD’s inclusion agenda in many countries of operation. With plans to launch the new Foundation and its hub next spring, we are all hoping that the regional companies and professionals will be interested in the programs that this center will offer.
