PrimePoint Partners has been working on providing strategic advisory to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) for the establishment of the Future Skills Center located in Tetovo. Our team of experts led by Biljana Markovic Stamenova has provided advisory in the areas of organizational governance, business planning, and sustainability model.
Future Skills is a national Center of Excellence in the areas of construction, textiles, and renewables. It focuses on identifying cutting-edge technologies, developing policy-level interventions, and delivering solutions in the areas of digital transformation and green transition of the economy. It aims at becoming the leading resource and knowledge hub which will bridge the gap between the new technologies and emerging skills on the global market and the local stakeholders by working as a technology-adoption enabler for the industry.
Through a series of strategic workshops, we worked with the team at UNDP and Future Skills, and developed a roadmap for sustainable development of the organization, including stakeholders mapping, strategic framework, value proposition, business/sustainability model, and access to donor funding.
The findings and deliverables were presented in front of the extended UNDP team. “We are truly satisfied with the capacity-building workshops and the deliverables provided by PrimePoint’s team. The entire process has resulted in an in-depth analysis of the organization’s capacity and provided a clear direction for sustainability and positioning of the Future Skills Center.” – said Dejan Zlatkovski, Project Manager at UNDP at the final presentation.
