We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Academy for Executive Management in Vinica, under the auspices of Makprogres, EBRD London, and the Government of Japan. The Academy for Executive Management is part of the Foundation “Progressive Academy” established by Makprogres aiming at skills upshift through quality educational programs, advancement of technical knowledge, business acceleration, and R&D activities. The Academy for Executive Management aims to create business leaders by using the latest global trends and knowledge.
The official opening hosted representatives of EBRD, 20 managers and attendees, and as well as the program lecturers. “Through our long-term work and cooperation with other companies, we have seen that both domestic and foreign companies lack staff trained for executive positions. This need is also evident in a large number of family-owned businesses, especially in the process of their corporate governance transformation.“- said Mr. Gligor Cvetanov, Managing Director at Makprogres and President at Foundation “Progressive Academy”.
“Our goal is to support the establishment of the first certified training for executive managers and we are happy that the process of verification of the educational program is ongoing. We expect top talents to join the first training in September and together we can make this story a successful example for the country and the region.“ – stated Mr. Andi Aranitasi, Head of EBRD Skopje.
The consulting company PrimePoint Partners Macedonia leads the full implementation of the Academy for Executive Management. “Our lecturers are successful professionals with rich academic knowledge and practical experience. The program will entail interactive lectures, simulations, guest speakers, case studies, and tools for personal development that will elevate the participants’ skills of doing business globally.”- added Biljana Markovic Stamenova, CEO at PrimePoint Partners and Academic Director of the Academy for Executive Management.
